北京丰电科技股份有限公司，是国内最早从事大功率空压机节能研究的企业之一，是目前国内首家获得空气压缩机组节能控制和方法专利的公司。本案设计语言主要表达“科技”和“简洁”。办公楼具有综合功能，一层为接待功能集中区，在设计上力求大气，具有科技感。二层为仓储区域，设计师做了简化处理。三层四层为主要办公空间，在装饰上采用较通透的材料，结合设计思路营造简洁现代的办公空间。五层为员工休息区，在设计手法上侧重温馨、自然、环保，使员工感受轻松的休闲时光。

Beijing FENDY S＆T CO.,LTD. is one of the domestic enterprises which worked on the research of high-power air compressor energy saving. It’s the first qualified company with the patent for the control and method of high-power air compressor energy saving. In this case, we mainly focus on the expression of “technology” and “tidiness”. The office building is multifunction. The first floor is area for reception with a classy design and a strong sense of technology. The second floor is for storage. The designer made the simplification for this area. The third and fourth floors are the main working space. Special materials are used for decoration, combined with a design of open and modern working space. The fifth floor is the rest are for the employees. The design for this area concentrates on the concepts of natural, environmental-friendly, mild……All of the above will help create a relaxing atmosphere for the employees.
